Due to Lawyers from UnitedMedia objecting rather strongly to my Dilbert Tarot deck I've decided it's not worth the hassle of dealing with them and have taken it down.
I'm still not convinced of the legality of their request for many reasons not least of which being US law isn't terribly applicable in the UK, and they've not told me what UK law I've broken. Also they seem to be incapable of sending digitally signed documents so I'm not actually convinced they've been in touch with me in a legitimate fashion, especially as I don't do Word documents.
However as the domain bofh.org belongs to a friend of mine I don't want to cause them hassle, and even if I'm not convinced about the lawyers claims ISPs tend not to want to take the chance and unlimited indemnities are not something I want to get involved with. Sorry about that.
When I get a moment I'll put up a few bits detailing the e-mail exchanges my admin has had with BakerLaw about the matter.
If anyone would like a copy for personal use, I'm sure I could legally tell you what books/images I based it on, or some such.
