Skirts are worn by all genders of goth, don't take it as an indication
of anything. "web" skirts are very Goth.
Skirts tend to be worn either very large and velvet or tight and
pvc, leather tends to be worn in a fashion similair to pvc. Do not be
fooled into thinking that any form of skirt is in any danger of
limiting the goths ability to mosh at the slight provocation.
