Wings of moon and star light

she stood there determined
as the pain remade her.
reformed her as the image
held in her mind.
Created in her heart

The hands caressed her
body, piercing her with
a thousand steel needles
a thousand shards of
shattered moonlight.

Each tiny cut removed
her, further from her past.
A thousand points of pain
creating her salvation
in the seeds of her
destruction.

The shattered moon beam
wove within her skin
creating eldritch patterns,
arcane warnings of a
burning desire.

Then came the thread of
spun gold, silken sunlight
to dance burning
amongst the icy
silver shards.

Binding her in it's
bright caress, trapping
her between
moonlight and starlight

Weaving a coruscating
skin around her. Stretching
from thigh to forearm
a curving web of starlight
tying her to the sky.

Bound to the sky with
wings of gold and moonlight.
Crimson beads an offering
to the twins, that gave
her wings.

Sunlight and moonlight
wound around her, she gave
libation to her creators
ecstasy and agony, as
on new found wings she
soared, back arching
within the sky
of her own desire.
