Dear Bill,

This is a wages request for $20,000 in back wages owed to me for technical support of untold thousands of MS DOS, Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 users. For the last year and a half, I have had to teach literally thousands of users the most basic of commands, such as DIR, COPY, and how to open and close a window. *THIS IS NOT IN MY JOB DESCRIPTION*. It is however in the job description for *YOUR* technical support. As I seem to be doing the job instead of your people, this is my request for proper compensation.
